The STP12NM50FP is an N-channel 500V, 0.3W, 12A TO-220/TO-220FP/IPAK MDmesh power MOSFET. The MDmesh is a new revolutionary MOSFET technology that associates the Multiple Drain process with the Company PowerMESH horizontal layout. The STP12NM50FP has an outstanding low on-resistance, impressively high dv/dt and excellent avalanche characteristics.
